from<strong> 1 JANUARY 2025 <\/strong>until <strong>31 JULY 2025<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/li><li>Nominations received after midnight of 31 July 2025 will not be considered.<\/li><li>Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control, UPSI reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or delay the event.<\/li><li>Each applicant can only participate in <strong>ONE<\/strong> award category.<\/li><li>All applicants must submit original works and no part or component thereof is copied from any other work or material.<\/li><li>UPSI reserves the right to reject any application at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.<\/li><li>All applications become the property of UPSI and will not be returned to applicants.<\/li><li>All applicants agree to allow UPSI to use their applications, names, photos, videos and other materials in their social media platforms and for publicity purposes.<\/li><li>The decision made by the panel of judges is final and binding.
