The logo incorporates motifs from various cultural roots, symbolising the harmonious collision of Malay-Archipelago cultures. The selected motifs represent essential values such as resiliency, growth, unity, and appreciation for nature and heritage. It aims to promote diversity and inclusion in all facets of education. These values are aligned with the educational principles and acknowledge the contributions of educators. The blue indigo dye background symbolizes the educational sphere, while the gold fonts and writing represent prestigious recognition for educators. Reflecting upon Malaysia’s rich cultural heritage, the logo exhibits the nation’s pride in traditions and acceptance of diversity in the pursuit of educational excellence. The two motifs are:
(a) “Bunga Bintang Pecah Lapan” (Eight-pointed Star Flower); and
(b) Hibiscus flower – each petal possesses its own unique beauty, resulting in an aesthetically appealing and meaningful design that catches the eye and conveys the essence of the award.
