TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Global Educator Award (GEA) is organised by Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) Malaysia.
  2. GEA has five (5) categories:

    a) Inspiring Educational Leader Award
    b) Avant-garde Teacher Award
    c) Esteemed Teacher Educator Award
    d) Transforming Educational Institution Award
    e) Community Outreach Educator Award

  3. The nomination and application period starts from 30 April 2024 until 31th August 2024 Nominations receive after 12.00 a.m. of 1st September will not be considered.
  4. Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control, UPSI reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay the event.
  5. Each applicant can only participate in one award category.
  6. All applicants must submit original works and no part or component thereof is copied from any other work or material.
  7. UPSI reserves the right to reject any application at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever.
  8. All applications become the property of UPSI and will not be returned to applicants.
  9. All applicants agree to allow UPSI to use their applications, names, photos, videos and other materials in their social media platforms and for publicity purposes.
  10. The decision made by the panel of judges is final and binding.
  11. No correspondence shall be entertained.
